Porsche Club Great Britain (PCGB) was founded by some like-minded enthusiasts in 1961 to enjoy and celebrate the 356 which, race cars apart, was the only Porsche production model at that time. Thirty 356 owners attended the Club's founding meeting in 1961, but none could have dreamed of the future that lay ahead and by Christmas 1962, 174 members had joined.
Since then, the Club has grown from being a kitchen table hobby to the professional organisation it is today, and in the process, has regularly outgrown its office accommodation as the staff needed to run it have increased. Today PCGB is now the largest officially recognised Porsche Club in Europe with a membership in excess of 16,000. There are more regional activities, model type registers, motorsport, national and international events than at any time in our history. We also publish monthly a high quality magazine (Porsche Post).
It goes without saying that new members are always most welcome.

Bentley’s 3-litre engine burst into rumbustious life in 1919 to the roars that greeted the Le Mans triumphs of 2003, the ride of fate and fortune of the legendary marque has been a roller-coaster of daring visions, extraordinary characters, narrow escapes, near peril, breathtaking comebacks and glittering achievements.

'Over the past nine decades, Aston Martin has witnessed many changes. In a long and distinguished history, Aston Martin has seen some good times and some not so good times. The fact that Aston Martin has survived is testament to the strength and resolve of everyone who has ever been involved with the company: customers and employees alike. We are passionate about the cars we produce and we know this is a passion shared by our enthusiastic owners. All of our sports cars will continue to be hand-built and bespoke but using high technology processes in a very modern environment. That ethos goes right back to 1914 and the very beginnings of the company. Our founders, Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford, believed that a sports car should have a distinctive and individual character. They felt it should be built to the highest standards and be exhilarating to drive and own – many things have changed over the ensuing ninety plus years, but those goals are still very relevant to us today. An Aston Martin combines three important elements: power, beauty and soul. Aston Martins are truly special – they always have been and always will be.' Dr Ulrich Bez, Chief Executive Officer, Aston Martin
