Apsley Tailors was founded in 1889 and remains owned by a member of the founding family. We are a solely bespoke tailoring company with no off-the-peg clothing and all garments made by hand. We have been in our showroom in London, at 13 Pall Mall, for several years and also have a regular client base in New York and Asia. While not in the business of offering cheap tailored clothing Apsley does offer exceptional value for money. We offer a vast range of the finest fabrics from Scabel, Holland & Sherry, Ermenegildo Zegna and Loro Piano to Charles Clayton, Dormeuil and Wain Shiell. We also hold hundreds of cloth samples for shirts, overcoats, smoking jackets, summer jackets, morning coats, dinner jackets and even material for the perfect pair of corduroy trousers. We are even working on crating the perfect bespoke jeans service. The essential difference between Apsley and Savile Row is that a £2500 suit from Savile Row that takes 14 weeks to build and will often require three fittings will cost around £1000 at Apsley and take about four weeks with one or two fittings. The experience in our showroom is no less refined or indulgent than that offered on Savile Row.
